A social housing organisation (Logeal Immobiliere) contacted the office I was working for to develop a pilot project of 14 houses.

I was in charge of  developing a master plan and creating a reproducible model of affortable houses, with an environmentaly friendly approach,

using the HQE french standard (High Environmental Quality). 

 

It required densification of the habitat, landscape integration, sustainable materials, low consumption of energy, low impact building site...

The first development was  14 row houses in Normandy Gruchet -le Valasse ( 1470m2)

 

I was in charge of the master plan, research and design, planning applications, documentation, details ,specifications and grant applications. I also coordinated engineers and tenders, set the schedule and supervised the buiding site with our internal supervisor.

 

At the same time, I developed 2 others  masterplans in Petitville , and Petit couronne for 2 more iterations of the same design.

Today there are 39 exemples of these houses already constructed.
