Francois 1er clinique moved and this great location building from 70's needed a overall refurbishment and a new purpose.

Under the supervision of Alain Broccard I performed a feasability study with the landlord. We interviewed all the resident practitioners who would be part of the new medical center to plan the refurbishment of the existing building and set up an  Aged care serviced residence in the new part of the building. A few sketches were presented to the trust to find a project which would fulfill the programs needs, and the strict urban rules of this heritaged classified area ( UNESCO patrimoine A.Perret)
